i was discharged & left the hosp at abt 1pm today!(:
Initally, was told to stay another night cos unfortunately,
there were some problems with my left lung.
An air leak caused my left lung to become small.
& they wanted to put in tube in to drain out the air,
But luckily, my condition improved a lil this morning. (:(:
Plus, i could walk alr!
Hahahah, was also told to sing songs cos it'll help me to breathe in more,
& to prevent my lung from collapsing.
But now, I sound like a frog at times, cos of the pipe which was put down my throat.
I didnt get to see the pipe though, but i heard from the doctor that it was hugeeee?
Anyway, i reached the hosp a lil late ystr,
i was supposed to be there at 7 but i think by the time i finished my registration, it was alr 8am.
but still had to wait till 12pm before I did the op.
Scary? No. Nervous? DEFINITELY.
Was the very first time i went into the theatre by myself.
The previous 2 times, i was still cosidered a child, so I had my mom to accompany me.
But this time, everything was done aloneeee.
Had a team of 5 doctors/assistants or whatever you call them,
& they kept saying that they would take care of me etc etc etc.
Guess I was the youngest patient there doing an op. Lol.
Was damn shy lah,
cos they had to stick wires and all on my chest area.
After that i think they injected me with the general anaesthesia,
While i breathe through the oxgen mask.
Slowly, I couldnt hear anything anymore, like everything was muted,
& only seeing 5 people staring at me from above.....
Woke up by the nurse at 2.30pm & all i felt was back pain.
like the normal backaches i had, but 10X moreeee.
& i was constantly shaking,
First, from the cold,
but after that even without feeling cold, i kept shaking.
So they couldnt take my blood pressure, & kept me there till 3pm.
Shu& JH came to visit me(:
but SHu had to leave after a while,
& Jh stayed till 8pm!(:
In between, i kept dozing off.
I remember that i was reading the newspaper, when i just suddenly dozed off without knowing,
till JH took my papers away...
& i was like .. " ehh, why I slping!?!?"
& i went for an xray ystr.
I felt like i almost died,
cos i had to sit on the wheelchair,
causing my back to hurt ALOT.
My chest started feeling pain after that,
& so did my stomach, cos i wasnt allowed to eat anything.
LIKE COMBO. CHEST, BACK & STOMACH COMBO!
My very first drink after the many many many hours, was milo,
which i puked out after JH left.
The very same exact form which i drank down, looked so new! like a new cup of milo!
hhahahah.
Not only could i not eat, I couldnt even drink anything.
The only advantage here, WEIGHT LOSS!
Terry came after the Jive camp ended.
WHICH WAS SO FUCKING LATE.
Like 11 plus, almost 12mn!
puked again, this time, soup!
Plus the soup was salty, damn gross luh.
Anyway, my parents left after Terry came.
He accompanied me through the night,
& i had to do Blood pressure test, oxgen test & temperature taking every hour:(
Was on oxygen aid through the night, cos of that unexpanded left lung.
Don't even need to go oxygen bar, Hospitals also have!!
My Bp was super low & kept decreasing each hour.
In the afternoon, it was 130 or so, & at night, it fell till 83?!?!?
But whatever it is, my condition got better as morning arrived.
woke up at 6am,
& i thought that they'll fetch my to teh xray centre,
BUT NONO,
SUPRISINGLY, THEY BROUGHT UP THE XRAY MACHINE TO ME!
HOW COOL IS THAT!?!?!?

I've got similar problems to those 50++ old elderly:(
fall precaution needed.- which totally explains that 2 situations of blackout @ Sentosa!
I had so many many many needles poked into me. Next time when i get my tattoo done, doubt it'll even feel pain anymore!
JH&Shu came just as i was moved back to the ward, aft the op.
They got me a balloooooon!(:(:(: cos i told Jh tt i wanted one!(:

My mom & brother came at 11 plus this morning.
& Wewwson dino came to visit too!(:
Then they all went down to buy food,
while i stayed in the ward all alone [INDEPENDENT!(:] & ate my salty porridge.
HOSPITAL FOOD ISNT BLAND AT ALl, IN FACT, ITS FUCKING SALTY.
i swear if you eat those everyday, you'll probably get kidney failure or smth!
The oxygen aid that i had on till this morning.
Oxygen aid removed, & had to practice self-breathing.
First meal after 2 days!(:
& the 2nd meal!

So left the hosp,
& back home.

the right wound immed aft the op.
Looking really swollen, gross & bloody..
& this is how it looks like now.
Much better but still swelling a lil.
I havent seen the wound itself,
but i hope its really small & not visible!
Gonna go back another day to check my lungs & remove stitches!

I NEED A BACK MASSAGE!!
My dad told me to chose a gift hamper for myself just now.
Still had to search online myself!
So insincere!:(
But anyway, I chose the one with the SOFT TOY TEDDY BEAR!
