INGREDIENTS (for 4 people):
- 2-3 cans of tomatoes
- tomatoe puree
- a little bit of oil
- some basil
- some garlic ( as much as you like)
- salt and pepper
- pasta (about 400g)
HOW TO MAKE IT?
Tomatoes cut in very little pieces and put them in a pot. Add oli, garlic and basil. Turn on a gas fittings (it shouldn't be strong, lighter is much better). Than add some tomatoe puree, salt and pepper to make it tasty. Cook all things until tomatoes are absolutely soft. Meanwhile cook the pasta in another pot. When the sauce will be done (it's done when it boils) put the pasta on a plate, than put the sauce and cheese on it. You can also put a leaf of basil.
