One of nine seniors will be crowned queen during Oak Park High School’s 2009 Homecoming activities Friday, Oct. 2. Candidates include Tara Baumgartner, Fran Christiano, Gina Drapela, Jesse Hagel, Hillary Holmes, Kelsey Kaelin, Kelsey Merrigan, Caity Strohm and Blaire White.Oak Park students have planned a Homecoming Pep Rally from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1, in the south parking lot. If it rains, the festivities will be moved into the Big Gym. Rally includes a DJ, fun booths including spirit wear sales, and a chance to drop Football Coach Keith Ross into a dunk tank.
