Man Candy Monday

I love it when I read something that inspires me. Today's Man Candy Monday is brought to you courtesy of my muse for today's blog, Silent Partner by author, Renee Vincent's.

Those of you who hit my blog last Friday will know why I picked gorgeous man for today. If you missed my Friday 56 you can go here and read my review of 'Silent Partner'.

When I first read the description of Vincent's character, Grayson Anders, I immediately thought of actor, model and dancer Gilles Marini.

Once you've read the book, you will see why I chose Gilles. Just looking at his videos from Dancing with the Stars made him an immediate contender.

You only need watch him dance the Argentine Tango with dancer Cheryl Burke to see how fluid and sensual his moves are, yet he is completely in command of the dance.

The passion and concentration on his face shows how fully engaged he is in the dance. Bellisimo!

I first saw Gilles in all his glory in the role of Dante in the movie Sex in the City where he wore practically nothing, which was fine by me.

The shower scene in SITC alone is worth picking up this movie. Mmm if only you knew what is below this picture frame...yummy just like the man himself!

Gilles spent two years in the French army (Viva La France!) and was a fireman for the Brigade des Sapeurs Pompiers de Paris.You can currently watch Gilles on ABC's Brothers and Sisters, Sunday nights at 10 PM est.

Friday 56: Silent Partner by Renee Vincent - Book Review

This Friday 56 is dedicated to my friend (and fast becoming good friend) author, Rene Vincent.

The rules state to grab the closet book and post some lines from page 56. But I am going to break that rule. Instead, I will be posting my lines and giving a review of the book. 

I want to give props to Renee because she's not only an extremely kind person, but she is very helpful to unpublished writers like myself, who have no clue as to what it means to be published.

In short, she's a giver.

She gives back and so I am doing my thing to give back to her by promoting her books. I have read Silent Partner and all I can say is, WOW...I am in awe of Renee's writing skills. 

In fact, this book is the inspiration for next weeks Man Candy Monday. Renee is on a promotional blog tour (see dates below) promoting 'Silent Partner'.
