Jelly- Mousse ;)


Do you love sweets? But they have to many calories? You're looking for something dietetic? I've got it for you! All you need is jelly, water and food mixer! First, take your favourite taste of jelly and make it like it's write on wrapper but with small difference.. Usually, to one pack of jelly you must add 500ml of water, but in this case you must add only 375-400ml of water. Then you wait until jelly little concentrate, but it can't be flowing. There must be soft clods. Next you have to mix it on top gears, untill this mass will be look like mousse (If calories are not you're problem you can mix it with 36% cream. If you do that, jelly-mousse will be more sweet). After that you must reserve it to complete concentrate. This jelly-mousse is gorgeous with fruits and whipped cream. You can use it also as cream/forcemeat to cake (in this instance I propose version with 36% cream).
