Winnetonka’s Preston Oakes Named District Player of the Year

Winnetonka senior Preston Oakes has been named District Player of the Year for MSHSAA Class 5A – District 15. Oakes, who has signed to attend the University of Central Missouri this fall, was earlier named Most Valuable Player at the Savannah and Grain Valley basketball tournaments.
