If you are using Easy Media creator version-9 in Roxio , you may reveive the following error
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Run time error " C:\Program Files\Roxio\Video UI9\VideoWave9.exe "
You will need to restart the services manually in order for these errors to be resolved.
1. Go to Start --> Run --> type in "msconfig" and click OK.
2. Click on the Services tab in the System Configuration Utility window.
3. Activate the following services by checking them:
a. RoxioDB9
b. Roxio Hard Drive Watcher 9
c. Roxio UPnP Renderer9
d. Roxio UPnP Server 9
e. LiveShare P2P Server 9
If you have Creator 8, then the number "9" will not appear in the service name.
4. Click Apply, then Close.
5. You will receive a message to Restart or Exit Without Restart. Choose Restart.
6. After restarting, a new dialog window will pop up saying your system configuration has changed. Check the box at the end of the message to stop the message from reappearing. Click OK.
7. Launch Easy Media Creator
