Come celebrate your schools on May 15 at the Barnes and Noble at Zona Rosa. Supporters who use the special “book fair voucher” will have a portion of their sale donated to North Kansas City Schools, so the more people who come out to show their support, the more money the district will receive to purchase classroom supplies! Special activities throughout the day include:
11 a.m. – Spot the Dog for Elementary Students
12-2 p.m. – Celebrate Literacy with Children’s Authors
2:30 p.m. – Teacher’s Book Talk with Dr. Malinda Daniels (NKCS teacher)
3-7 p.m. – Poetry Jam
