'This is a wonderful lost album of grooves from France and it's got a sound that's unlike anything else we've ever heard. The group is a smooth funky jazz group with lots of electric bass and Fender Rhodes, similar to some of the Italian groups of the 70s [like The Cabildos], but they've also got a female singer in the mix, and she sings these groovy jazz vocals that have an airy breezy quality, similar to some of the best Brazilian fusion from the same time. The result is a stunning electric groove with a feeling that's really fresh, nice and warm, and funky in all the right parts. The original album's rare as hen's teeth and this reissue is very nicely done! ~ dusty

don't even trip, potato chip. it's still mf dub week up in this, but i need to stay interested in what we're doing here & droppin olde faves aint exactly inspiring to me at the moment. technically this is even older than the dub schtuff, but it's newer to me :) previously shared by our bros at mutant sounds, there can be no doubt that this one sounds mo betta. i agree with the review above, más o menos, but definitely hear some zany zeuhl & rio qualities in the musique as well. trifling pc speakers are not recommended for this monster. a 320 rip
