The Missouri Association of School Psychologists (MASP) has named school psychologist Charlotte Smith the Missouri School Psychologist of the Year. The award was presented at the spring MASP conference.A school psychologist with North Kansas City Schools since 1980, Smith has been a member of MASP for nearly 20 years. She has served as the organization’s Kansas City Regional representative and state president, and is currently the Missouri delegate to the National Association of School Psychologists.
