During the February 23 school board meeting, North Kansas City Schools Board of Education President Spencer Fields announced a board vacancy on the near horizon.Vice President Chace Ramey submitted his resignation effective March 23, 2010, noting his regret, but also explaining it was related to a recent job change. Ramey’s current term expires April 2012. Fields explained the time line and process to appoint a replacement.
The vacancy is posted on the district Web site at http://www.nkcsd.k12.mo.us/.
