The Alumni Board of Directors has named four Oak Park High School graduates to the school’s Alumni Hall of Fame. The four will be introduced at an all-school assembly at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 8, and then inducted at 6:30 p.m. prior to the evening football game.
To be eligible for nomination, Oak Park graduates must have been out of school for at least 10 years, and have achieved distinction in one or more of the following areas - academics, arts and sciences, athletics, business, community service, the military or public service. The Hall of Fame is intended to encourage and inspire present day students to excel in whichever fields they choose after graduation.
The four being recognized as 2010 Oak Park Alumni Hall of Fame inductees are: John G. Baker, Class of 1987; Linda Holwick Bond, Class of 1976; Rebecca Kahler Rutledge, Class of 1969; and Chris Stigall, Class of 1995.
